Research suggests that medium intellectual intelligence and high emotional intelligence outperforms high intellectual intelligence in the workplace. 

 

When you think about it, this makes perfect sense. Leadership is mainly a people sport so if understanding yourself and others does not come naturally, leading people successfully is going to be difficult.

 

If this is something you would like help with, understanding which emotional intelligence skills you already have well developed and those that need some work could be a game-changer for your performance.  EQi2.0 is an assessment tool to help assess your emotional intelligence which defines emotional intelligence as a set of skills that establish how well we:

How it works

1. Pre-assessment chat

We discuss what you want to get from the assessment, how improving your EI might help and explain the process.

2. EQi2.0 Assessment

You complete an online form answering questions honestly taking no more than 30 mins.

​

3. Report Discussion

You receive a report which provides a score against each of the skills.  You get a sense of your strengths and areas for development. We talk about the practical steps you can take.

4. Follow up coaching

We can have follow up coaching to support you in developing the new skills.
