When self-awareness, emotional regulation or interpersonal sensitivity are under-developed, even highly capable leaders can struggle to influence effectively, navigate tension, or get the best from others. Developing emotional intelligence is therefore not about becoming “softer” — it is about becoming more precise, more adaptable and ultimately more effective as a leader.

How it works

1. Pre-assessment chat

We discuss what you want to get from the assessment, how improving your EI might help and explain the process.

2. EQi2.0 Assessment

You complete an online form answering questions honestly taking no more than 30 mins.

3. Report Discussion

You receive a report which provides a score against each of the skills.  You get a sense of your strengths and areas for development. We talk about the practical steps you can take.

4. Follow up coaching

We can have follow up coaching to support you in developing the new skills.
