Reflection Room: Take back control!

Sorry if that was a bit jarring for anyone. I keep talking to clients who tell me their calendar keeps filling up with meetings people are adding without any idea of what they are about. They are becoming slaves to their emails and are working long hours to get 'the work' done. Then there is life outside work to consider. They feel that they have little control over how they spend their time and one week disappears into the other.

This prompted me to create Reflection Room. A chance to press pause, taking time to reflect on what is important and how you want to spend your time. A group gather every Monday morning online where you reflect on the past week or month, depending on where we are in the month and look forward to the week or month ahead.
