Reflection Room

Reflection is an important part of learning and developing. Research indicates that people who reflect at the end of each day are happier, more productive and less burned out. Yet, in our busy schedules, even if we booked time to reflect on our week, it can be the first slot to be pushed aside for an important meeting or deadline. If it is so helpful, how can we give it more priority?

Reflection Room is a weekly online gathering where you will meet with other people to:

  1. Look back - review progress from last week – celebrate your wins and learn from what didn’t work to plan

  2. Look forward - identify what you want to achieve this week and a quality you want to develop e.g. self-compassion, optimism, perseverance. We will focus on both doing and being.

Joining Reflection Room you will gain:

  1. Connection with new people

  2. Focussed time to reflect

  3. Accountability to others

  4. Learning about what is and isn’t working for you

  5. Improved results in doing and being

  6. Learning from others

What you need to be prepared to do:

  1. Show up

  2. Be curious about what you can learn from reflecting more

  3. Be willing to share what you are working on and learning with others

Logistics

From 4th April until 27th June we will meet at 10am for 10 weeks, excluding bank holidays. There will be 1 hour sessions to review the past month and month ahead, then weekly reflection sessions inbetween for 45 mins.

To help you commit to showing up I'm asking everyone who joins to commit to a minimum £60 donation to DEC through this link.
